How to: Run an application minimized directly from the Office Shortcut Bar.
Solution:
Display application Shortcut menu from Shortcut Bar and select 'Minimized' on the 'Shortcut' properties sheet.
1) Right-click on the application button on the Shortcut Bar. (A Shortcut menu appears.)
2) Select 'Properties' from the 'Shortcut menu'.
3) Click the 'Shortcut' tab.
4) Select 'Minimized' from the 'Run' drop-down list box.
5) Click 'OK'.
